It can wear out from people overtightening the nut on the adjustment screw, thus creating a boost leak. To prevent this, make sure to tighten the locknut on the adjustment screw with a 10mm socket by hand. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!

Simple design extremely responsive i had to do the ine spring mod as it was too tight for my boost pressure but amazing sound even recirculating. Very much recommend is worth the money and it seals completely.
